Three other companies from the region train alongside you. The plumber next to the IT firm next to the bank. After 120 minutes, you know each other.
Why we share instead of renting exclusively
Openly: 15 people on 1,800 m² of ice feel lost – and expensive on top. Shared is more fun, more economical, and brings you contacts instead of just costs.
4 company teams of 10 people each.
Station training in zones.
Two coaches divide the ice into four zones. Each team rotates through the stations – nobody stands around, nobody is overwhelmed. At the end everyone comes together in the middle: Business Cup, mini tournament, mixed teams.

1 · You register your team
Up to 10 people per company. Who comes along is up to you – from apprentices to management.
2 · We fill the date
We match you with three other companies. On request we exclude direct competitors.
3 · You just show up
Equipment is ready, coaches are on the ice. You need bring nothing but motivation.
4 · Business Cup to finish
Mini tournament in mixed teams. Bank plus plumber against IT plus retail. That's exactly the point.

Four companies from the region, same starting point, same nerves. That connects faster than any business breakfast. After the third period you have contacts who still pick up the phone on Tuesday.

Endurance, balance, core stability, coordination – ice hockey is full-body training that doesn't feel like training. A strong signal for your workplace health promotion that nobody experiences as a mandatory exercise.

Does this fit your team?
- Absolute beginners welcome. Even if you've never stood on skates, you'll get through. That's the norm, not the exception.
- 18+, any fitness level. Job, family, commitments – and still a desire to move. Exactly our people.
- Mixed teams. Men, women, apprentice to management. We train by skill, not by business card.
- No performance pressure. No squad, no membership, no follow-up costs. One date, done.
- From about 6 people. Smaller teams we attach to an existing date.
No equipment? No drama.

Before you ask.
What does it cost?
It depends on team size, date and rental equipment. Tell us briefly how many of you there are and when it should work – then you get a concrete offer. No obligation.
Nobody on our team can skate. Does it still work?
Yes – that's the rule. The vast majority of our participants stand on hockey skates for the first time. That's exactly what the zones are for: anyone still wobbly starts at a different station than someone who has played before.
Isn't that dangerous?
We don't play body contact. Full protective gear is mandatory and provided, two coaches supervise throughout. Injury risk is in the range of other recreational sports – bruises from falling not excluded.
We don't want competitors on the ice.
Understood. Let us know in your request which industry or which companies should be excluded – we put the date together accordingly.
Can we have the ice exclusively?
In principle yes, but honestly: from about 30 people it makes sense. Below that the shared format is more fun. Talk to us, we'll say openly what fits better in your case.
When and where does it take place?
In Krems an der Donau, dates during the ice season. Sign up via email and we'll get back to you as soon as the dates are fixed.
How many people can we send?
Ideally 10 people per company. Fewer is always fine, more on request – then you may take two slots.
Is NiceHockey a commercial provider?
We are a non-profit association to promote health and social inclusion of adults through sport – not a commercial hockey team. Details in our bylaws.
